What is Chopsticks ALOHA?

Kimonos are imbued with history and emotion that is put into every stitch.
We aim to give new life to these kimonos in new forms and pass them on to the future.
Just as chopsticks are given from person to person, our aloha shirts are also a "bridge" that conveys feelings to loved ones.

About Returns

If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, you can request a return.

We also accept returns for customer reasons such as size not fitting or differences in image or color impression.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

・The item has only been tried on indoors
・It is unused and unwashed
・All product tags and accessories are intact
・It is in the same condition as when delivered
・No odors or stains from perfume, tobacco, cosmetics, pets, etc. are present
・Purchase history or proof of purchase can be confirmed

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

・Contact is made after 7 days from product arrival
・The product has been worn outdoors
・The product has been washed or dry-cleaned even once
・The product has stains, damage, odors, or other issues caused by the customer
・Product tags or accessories are lost or damaged

Regarding return shipping fees
For returns due to customer reasons such as size not fitting, or differences in image or color impression, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

If the product is defective, incorrectly shipped, or clearly different from our product description, we will cover the return shipping fee.

If you wish to return a product, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refund

We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be credited.

International Shipping Fee

This is Japan Post's international delivery service that supports package tracking and damage compensation systems.

DHL
This is a delivery service using international courier.
In some regions, it may be delivered faster than EMS.
